The dpaymobile app (eSIM) · operator: Payments Lab sp. z o.o. · https://dpaymobile.com
This page explains how to request deletion of your dpaymobile app account and the personal data associated with it, which data we delete, and which data we must retain and for how long. The right to erasure derives from Article 17 of the GDPR ("right to be forgotten").
Send a message from the e-mail address assigned to your account to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion". We will process your request without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving it (Article 12(3) GDPR). If we need to confirm your identity to verify the request, we will let you know in our reply.
Account deletion is irreversible. We delete (anonymise) your personal data, but we must retain accounting documents for the period required by law, in a form detached from your identity.
| Data | What happens to it after account deletion |
|---|---|
| Profile data: e-mail address, first and last name, password, e-mail verification status | Permanently deleted / anonymised. Your e-mail is replaced with an irreversible random identifier and your password with a random value. Profile data can no longer be restored. |
| Preferences: notification settings, travel/location data in the app | Permanently deleted. |
| Login credentials: session/app tokens, passkeys (WebAuthn), links to Apple and Google accounts | Permanently deleted. You are logged out on all devices. Logging in again with the same e-mail or social account will create a completely new account. |
| Payment instruments: saved BLIK OneClick payment aliases | Permanently deleted. |
| Push notifications: device tokens | Permanently deleted. |
| Referral code (referral programme) | Deactivated and detached from your profile (we do not delete it entirely, so as not to affect the integrity of other users' referrals). |
| Transaction documents: orders, invoices and related data of purchased eSIMs | Retained in anonymised form (detached from your identity) for the period required by the Accounting Act and tax law: at least 5 years from the end of the financial year they relate to. After this period they are deleted or remain only in anonymised form. |
Legal basis for retaining accounting documents: Article 74 of the Polish Accounting Act, VAT regulations and the Tax Ordinance Act (limitation period for tax liabilities: 5 years).
